Returns

We accept the return of almost everything we sell. If your item is unwashed, unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it, you are welcome to return it for a full refund or for store credit within 30 days from the date your order is dispatched.

What items cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns for items initiated outside of this 30-day window. For hygiene and practical reasons, we also cannot accept returns on certain personalized items (like monogrammed goods), liquids, candles, soaps, or sealed products.

Will I be refunded for original shipping, taxes, and duties?
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs, taxes, and any processing fees. As Ever Rest Goods covers the cost of import duties for US orders, these specific charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for the product price only.

How do I initiate a return?
For customers based in the United States, sending back your items is free and simple using our online returns portal. You just need to click on the link below, follow the straightforward instructions, and then drop off your package at a designated location.

Using the portal ensures faster processing. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer free return shipping to customers outside the US. However, we still encourage all international customers to register their return through the portal to benefit from preferential shipping rates. Please note that any return not registered through our official portal will take significantly longer to process and refund.

Refunds and Store Credit

Refunds
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item(s), we will ensure your refund is processed within 24 hours. The time it then takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution. Refunds to PayPal can be very quick, while most bank and credit card refunds take between 1 to 5 business days to process fully.

Store Credit
If you have opted for store credit, once your return is received and checked, we will ensure your unique store credit code is emailed to you within 24 hours.
